The high pressure hot press is a compact and versatile press with wide application and high production efficiency. It can be widely used in cutting, punching, blanking, bending, riveting and forming processes. The high pressure press applies a strong pressure to the metal blank to plastically deform and fracture the metal to form the part.


When the high pressure hot press is working, the large pulley is driven by the motor through the V-belt, and the crank slider mechanism is driven by the gear pair and the clutch, so that the slider and the punch die downward. After the forging work is completed, the slider stroke is up, the clutch is automatically disengaged, and the automat on the crankshaft is turned on, so that the slider stops near the top dead center.


The high pressure hot press adopts an integrated design to make it sleek, beautiful, compact, easy to operate and easy to maintain. It has reliable structural rigidity and deformation resistance, position on the hydraulic station, press-fit mold lifting connection device, hydraulic station and pressure-discharged removable dust cover.


The heating system of the high pressure hot press is composed of a steel heating plate, a heating pipe and a heat insulating layer. The heating plate is divided into two upper and lower parts, which are respectively fixedly connected with the press base and the pressing row, and are convenient for disassembly and assembly, and the heating plate is made of high quality 45#.
