Two ways of working on plywood veneering hot press
Jan 30, 2019

Plywood veneering hot press is one of the key equipment used in the production of plywood. The main function of this equipment is to hot-glue the slab after the glue is combined. Different types of plywood have different requirements on the performance of the press: the pressure required for the manufacture of ordinary plywood, aviation plywood, plastic veneer, wood laminated plastic board, and marine plywood increases in turn.

According to the different operation modes of the plywood veneering hot press, it can be divided into two categories, periodic and continuous. It consists of three main parts: the hot press body, the control drive part (hydraulic system and electronic control system), and the heating system. In current material applications, artificial materials occupy a large space. The most widely used is plywood. The so-called plywood is a multi-layer composite sheet material which is glued by flaky wood or broken wood. In order to improve the quality and stress intensity in the existing plywood, The fibers of the adjacent layers are perpendicularly glued to each other.

In fact, in the production process of plywood products, after plywood veneer heat treatment, cooling molding is also required. Therefore, in the current process, it is necessary to separate the hot-pressed plywood into the layering device, so that the water in the hot pressing process is dispersed and cooled, thereby achieving the purpose of stable molding.
