3. Close the hot press, gradually increase the temperature without pressure, 30 °C - 60 °C - 90 °C - 60 °C - 120 °C - 150 °C until the maximum hot pressing temperature. Repeatedly back and forth more than 20 minutes. Then it is naturally cooled, pressurized to 20-30 Kg/cm3, and finally the hot press is turned on so that the surface structure of the template is maintained and smoothed under repeated temperature changes. As a result, a large number of pressing processes can be tolerated in the production process and the surface finish and gloss of the stencil surface do not change. Extend the service life of the template.


4. 4. Even if the press template is used normally, our company still advises the user to clean the template regularly (a month or two months depending on the output) and apply a special release agent to ensure that no sticking occurs. Once the glued board cannot use the metal tool to remove the veneer, this will damage the template. The only feasible way is to take the template together with the veneer, soak it in hot water for dozens of hours, slowly let the veneer Separate and then use wooden tools to clean up the remaining swarf.

5. Replace the template to be maintained, and clean the resin smudges and residual pieces accumulated on the template in time. When cleaning, the template should be placed on the workbench (high-pressure template should be laid on the surface of the table or a silk cloth), the detergent should be soaked with hot water, the soft cloth should be soaked, and then the stained place should be put again. Point to the decontamination powder, clean and rinse with clean water after drying. Conditional manufacturers can heat the template in a sink or steam cook it. This will soften the resin stains that remain in the template pores, and then follow the above method of cleaning operation, the effect will be better and avoid mechanical cleaning.

6.
